HOW TO WALK IN VICTORY: FIGHT WITH FAITH AND WORSHIP (PART FOUR)

One of the greatest weapons of victory is praise. When you praise God in the middle of the battle, you remind yourself who is truly in control.

Psalm 118:14

“The Lord is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation.”

Praise shifts the atmosphere, strengthens your faith, and releases victory. It brings the presence of God and confuses the enemy. But there is something even deeper: praise does not only change what is happening around you, it changes what is happening within you.

And if you are going to walk in victory, your heart must remain strong.

First: Praise Brings God’s Presence

Psalm 22:3

“You are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel.”

God inhabits praise. He draws near when His people lift Him up.

  • Praise Him in trouble

  • Praise Him in fear

  • Praise Him in uncertainty

You don’t wait for the situation to change before you praise; you praise, and God’s presence changes the situation.

Second: Praise Confuses the Enemy

2 Chronicles 20:22

“As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against their enemies… and they were defeated.”

When Judah praised, God fought.

There was worship before victory, trust before results, and faith before answers.

Praise is not passive; it is spiritual warfare. When you lift your voice in praise, you are declaring that God is greater than the battle. And when God steps in, the enemy cannot stand.

Third: Praise Keeps Your Heart Strong

Acts 16:25–26

Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises to God in prison, and suddenly, the chains broke.

They did not wait for freedom before they praised. They praised in the prison.

Praise strengthens your heart in the middle of pressure. It keeps your focus on God instead of your situation.

So whether you are in the night, in the struggle, or in a season that feels like a prison, keep praising until the breakthrough comes.

Victory belongs to those who keep praising, even when the battle is not over. Because when you praise God, you remind the enemy that the outcome has already been decided.

Conclusion

Victory comes when you:

  • Know your position

  • Keep the right perspective

  • Practice daily obedience

  • And fight with faith and worship

The Bible still declares:

“Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
