Hello! We're Jeff & Demetria Bass. In 1995, we planted our first church, Praise Covenant Christian Center, in Northern Virginia. Eighteen years later, in 2013, we planted The River Christian Center in Manassas, Virginia. Those were great times and we thank God for the opportunity to pour into the lives of so many people.
Now, The Lord has given us an assignment to feed an online community with the milk and the meat of the Word of God and to lead people worldwide to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Therefore, we're excited to meet and speak with people from all over the world, hence, Bass Global Ministries. Welcome to the Community!
Pastor William J. "Jeff" Bass
Pastor Jeff was born in Troy, Alabama. He is married to his wife Pastor Demetria and they have one son, Christopher.
Pastor Jeff graduated high school with honors and received a B.S. degree in Broadcast Journalism from Troy State University.
On August 17, 1987, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior and continues to have a hunger and thirst for the Word of God.
Through Pastor Jeff’s life-changing messages, people are encouraged, exhorted, and energized to grow in the Lord and serve others. The greatest testimony of Pastor Jeff is that he truly loves the Lord and life is all about serving Christ and others.
Demetria Bass - Executive Pastor
Demetria is a native of Jacksonville, Florida but for many years she has lived throughout the United States and abroad.
Her travels have taken her to places such as Keflivik, Iceland and Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory.
She served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force National Guard and 20 years in the U.S. Navy. It was during this time that she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and considers herself to be a child of the Most High King. While serving her country in Diego Garcia it was then that she accepted the call of Jesus Christ to be a deliverer of the Gospel.
Demetria is happily married to her beloved and supportive husband Jeff and she is the mother of one birth son, Christopher. Also, God has truly blessed Pastor Demetria to be the spiritual mother of many other sons and daughters.
